Four ways
to engage.
-
01
Strategic
AdvisoryA sounding board for boards, CxOs and programme sponsors facing a decision that is too consequential to outsource and too complex to take alone. I bring an outside reading of your strategy, your operating model and your technology position — and an honest view of where the three contradict each other.
Typical shapes: a strategy or digital-agenda review, a second opinion on a major investment or make-or-buy, an AI-readiness assessment, or a standing advisory rhythm of a half-day a month.
-
02
Interim
ManagementWhen a seat has to be filled now — a departure, a transformation that outgrew its sponsor, a programme that has stopped moving — I step in and run it. Not as an observer with recommendations, but with the mandate, the accountability and the calendar of the role itself.
Typical shapes: interim head of architecture, transformation or programme lead, or an executive bridge while you recruit. Engagements run two to four days a week, for a defined period, with a named successor as the exit criterion. Belgium by default, but international assignments — including being based on site abroad — are welcome.

03
Enterprise
ArchitectureThe core discipline: making sure the strategy the board approved, the capabilities the business runs on and the systems IT builds are three views of one coherent thing. Capability maps, target architectures, application and data landscapes, roadmaps that sequence themselves around real constraints.
Also the governance around it — architecture boards, principles and decision records that survive the person who wrote them. Deliberately anti-ivory-tower: if a model doesn't change a decision, it shouldn't exist.

04
Business
AngelEarly-stage capital plus the part founders usually need more: someone who has already scaled the processes, platforms and governance you're about to hit. I invest personally, in small tickets, with a long horizon and no ambition to run your company.
Preference for B2B software, enterprise tooling and data- or AI-driven propositions with a credible Belgian or Benelux beachhead. Beyond the cheque: introductions into corporate and public-sector buyers, and a monthly hour whenever it's useful.
05 How it starts
A call, a scope, then work.
No procurement theatre
01
A 30-minute call. Bring the problem, not a brief.
02
A one-page scope: question, output, days, price.
03
The work — in short cycles, with visible output.
04
A clear end, or a next scope. Never a drift.
Not sure which
of the four you need?
That's a normal place to start. Most engagements begin as one thing and get named properly after the first conversation.
